These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to all Slab Club promotional draws. By participating in any promotion, you agree to the following terms.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Slab Club Pty Ltd (ABN/ACN to be inserted) of (registered business address to be inserted).

2. Promotion Period

Each promotion will run for a specified period. The opening and closing dates will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.
  • Residents of certain states or territories may be excluded where required by law.

4. How to Enter

Entries into promotions are allocated through Slab Club membership benefits. Active members will receive entry allocations based on their membership tier.

5. Entry Conditions

  • Entries must be received during the promotion period.
  • Entries are not transferable.
  • Entries are not sold separately and are included as part of membership benefits or valid free entry methods.
  • Residents of New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter at this time. 

6. Prize Details

The prize for each promotion will be described on the relevant promotion page, including details of the item, quantity, and estimated value.

All prize values are estimates and may vary based on market conditions.

7. Draw and Winner Selection

The draw will take place after the promotion closes on the date specified on the promotion page.

Winners will be selected at random using a fair and transparent method.

8. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry.
  • The winner’s name may be published on the Slab Club website or associated channels.

9. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered to the winner within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of eligibility.

The promoter is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

10. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a reasonable period, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

11. General Conditions

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
  • Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent may be disqualified.
  • The promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify a promotion where required by law.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.
